Oct. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- On Friday April 20th Malibu Wood received, “Conforms with USGA Rules”, from the United States Golf Association for a putter submitted.

A standard-length, mallet-style putter featuring a grip, shaft, neck and head composed of wood and a brass sole plate for weighting.  Our system is based on engineering that produces a lighter club.

At approx. 35” long, average 70 degrees lie, and 3 degrees loft gives these “all wood” putters the best feel we could create.  The heads are hand picked and cut from slabs of Cocobolo, Iron wood, Ebony, Padauk, and Pink Ivory (minimum 68 lbs. per cubic ft. weight exotic hardwoods only).  Hickory Shafts/hardwoods bored through the heads have given us incredible feel transfer to your hands enabling outstanding distance accuracy.  

Malibu Wood has been in contact with the local clubs in the area and they are interested in them.  I have been selling these clubs for 4 years to individuals but now I’m ready for nationwide distribution.  MAlibu Wood will do anything to provide you with information that will help them help you.
