Renton, WA – October 20, 2010 – Enterprise Control Systems (ECS) announced today the hiring of Ric Nichols as Director of Sales for Next Generation Data Centers.  Ric has over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales with a particular focus on emerging technologies in IT operations and storage management.
Over the last twelve months ECS has combined its expertise in the data center to offer the future in data center infrastructure, the Next Generation Data Center (NGDC). “The Next Generation Data Center is a modular approach to deploying data centers. We can deploy all the features of a traditional data center much faster and at a significant cost savings”, comments Kevin Baldwin, President of ECS.  “We are very lucky to have Ric on board, his role will be vital to the continued growth of our Next Generation Data Center solutions.”

Ric holds a BA in Business-Computer Systems from Washington State University. Over his career Ric has developed and led large Global Account Teams and launched new sales offices for companies such as StorageTek, SGI, Brocade, Symantec, and Commvault.
