Time and Attendance Application Goes Way Beyond Tracking Attendance

The application also stores documents for system administrators within an organization relating to employee reviews, hiring, terminations, and other events. APS is able to upload an employee handbook, W4s, safety policies, and any mandatory workplace posters, which every employee can access.
Additionally, the system administrator can visit the documents portion of the application and view any necessary reports pertaining to inquiries with their workers’ compensation carrier.

Previously APS offered a time and labor management application that was only available as an on-premise solution. Barretto explained that it proved to be difficult to coordinate time with an IT representative and install and maintain on-premise software for organizations with multiple locations. In contrast, SaaShr.com’s application can be deployed without the need for installation, which provides the organization with more time to focus on strategic initiatives.
