Cleaning service goes against national trend by employing only English speaking employees

Oct. 17, 2010 - PRLog -- While looking for ways to better serve her clients Mary Beth Mitchell owner of Mary Beth's Cleaning Services decided to make a controversial decision, hire only English speaking employees. "One of the biggest complaints in our industry is that clients cannot communicate with the cleaning staff" she said.. When asked if this meant that Mary Beth's Cleaning Services would not hire foreign emigrants, Mrs. Mitchell replied “We are open to hiring any person that is living in the US legally, has no criminal record, is friendly, outgoing,  and speaks English fluently. All of our clients speak English; it only makes sense that our employees can communicate with them."
