Point Loma Outfitting Honored by Voter Awards

Oct. 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Point Loma Outfitting was honored by voters in San Diego with various "Best Of" Awards from the Beacon newspaper and the A List sponsored by News 10.

The readers of the Beacon, a local newspaper in Point Loma, was honored in several categories in the Beacon's Annual Readers Choice Awards. Point Loma Outfitting was chosen as the best in Children Clothes.

As Stated in the Beacon: "This children's outfitter  does carry adult clothing, but it is the children's attire that is the attention grabber. The owners of the sporting goods apparel store both grew up being active in sports, so it is only fitting that they now carry a significant amount of kid friendly gear for all conditions. They carry children's clothing from Patagonia, SLAM Sportswear and Gill."

Also the readers of the Beacon honored Point Loma Outfitting as the number two Men's Apparel Store and the number 2 Women's Apparel store as well. This is high honors for a store that is only two years old in Liberty Station.

Another of Point Loma Outfitting readers choice award came from the voters of News 10 The A List. Although the categories were not as specific as the Beacon's Categories Point Loma Outfitting captured Third in the A-List's Best Sporting Goods Store Category for all of San Diego.
