“One Tough Nerd” to Share His Vision for Michigan with Ethnic Community

Oct. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- The Ukrainian-American Chamber of Commerce of SE Michigan is hosting a cross-cultural Town Hall Forum with Michigan gubernatorial candidate Rick Snyder.  “We felt this election was far too important to not try to get to know the candidate better and to have an opportunity to ask questions important to our community and to the future of Michigan” said Elias Xenos, president of the Ukrainian-American Chamber of Commerce of SE Michigan.

Rick Snyder will conduct a Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, October 20th, 2010 at 6 PM at the Ukrainian Cultural and Banquet Center at 26601 Ryan Rd. in Warren Michigan.   Special invitees include members and friends of local and ethnic chambers of commerce, ethnic based professional associations, and cultural affinity groups. This forum is free, and everyone who is interested is encouraged to attend.

Following the Forum, attendees will have an opportunity to network with fellow business people, professionals and ethnic community leaders in a cross-cultural setting.
