DSV appoints new Head of Groupage in the UK

Oct. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- DSV has promoted Denise Clarke to the position of Head of Groupage and Distribution in the UK, based in Manchester.

Denise began her career as a telex operator for a shipping company in the mid-1980s and had worked in a variety of operational and management positions since then.

She joined DSV through the acquisitions of her then employers Haniel Transport and later DFDS, and was most recently manager of DSV’s UK North region. In her new role, she will also retain responsibility for Irish full load traffic.

DSV, the third largest road operator in Europe, has also recently appointed Karl Timmis as Head of Full Load, Contracts, Haulage and Support Services for DSV in the UK.
