Jayne E. Hartley, Certified Public Accountant, announces the opening of her new business.

Oct. 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Ms. Hartley has been serving her clients and community in Oakdale since 1988. She was a partner with the firm, Priest, Amistadi, and Hartley, and now she believes that by offering her services as an independent accountant, she will better serve her clients.  She takes pride in offering personalized service to her clients that will generate a better in-depth understanding of their business.

Jayne serves her clients with integrity, honesty and diligence, offering a client – accountant relationship to help her clients establish fiscally responsible growth, and by implementing client goals, she will be able to deliver valuable solutions.

Jayne Hartley has a Bachelor of Science Degree, graduating with distinction from California State University, Chico in 1976, with a degree in Business Administration, concentration in accounting. She holds a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Personal Financial Planning (1987).

She is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The California Society of Certified Public Accounts, and The Estate Planning Council of Stanislaus County.

Jayne is a past President of the Soroptimist International of Oakdale, and is a member of the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce, serving as director in the past.

Jayne graduated from Oakdale High School in 1973. Her husband is Edward Fenton, and they have been married for 33 years, and currently live in Modesto. They have two children, Russell and Katrina Fenton. They are members of the Shelter Cove Community Church.
