Sept. 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Yesterday I reviewed our on line statistics.

New visitors were up, as was time spent by individuals actually on the site.

However, the bounce rate was way too high – which told me too many people were unsure of what we are about. So I decided to write a brief overview of what we actually did for our clients last week, in the hope that it would help clients searching for a viable recruitment solution. For business reasons, I cannot divulge the names of our clients; instead I am breaking down some of what we do over the week:

1.   Sickness Cover – a client called us at 7am to ask if we could supply a warehouse operator as their full time member of staff had called in sick. Within an hour, our temporary worker had arrived on site and was helping unload deliveries.

2.   Preparation for an Audit – a client called to ask us to supply four people to do a deep clean of their offices and outbuildings prior to an audit by a major retail client. We supplied a team of commercial cleaners to ensure their premises were immaculate prior to inspection.

3.   Office Clearance – A customer called who wanted to discreetly downsize his operation. We supplied a team of workers to shred all confidential waste, dismantle and dispose of office furniture and computers and to remove signage.

4.   Repackaging – A client had a large order of components from the U.S.A. Our temps were required to take two individual components, label them and pack them into one plastic gift box.

5.   Rework – Our client had a delivery of conference badges that were inside plastic wallets. In transit some of the ink had stained the wallet, making the badge unreadable. Our temp staff was required to check for illegible badges and replace them with a new plastic case before repackaging them. This task was intricate, high volume and time lined with a courier collecting everything at 5.30pm that day. We completed the job!

These are just a few of the instances where it is convenient, cost effective and prudent to use a recruitment agency like Temp Network.

Please allow us 15 minutes of your time to put things in place so that when you need staff at short notice we are able to help you.

Mike
