eLitigation Solutions Names Charles Pindell as Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Sept. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- PLEASANTON, CA – eLitigation Solutions, Inc. (eLit), the leader in advanced discovery services to the legal industry, today announced the addition of Charles Pindell as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

In this role, Pindell will be instrumental in leading the business development organization and will be responsible for the revenue achievement of the company. He joins the senior management team in aligning the revenue goals across all regions with ongoing initiatives.

Pindell’s experience includes Director of Sales for CT Summation, a Wolters-Kluwer company; two years at a litigation services company where he served as Executive Vice President, raising revenue by 35 percent and maintaining a 50 percent client retention average; and seven years prior to that he was the Vice President of Sales responsible for motivating the sales team, generating revenue and achieving individual, team and company quotas for another large litigation services company.
