You have a job printing multilayer labels for a pharmaceutical product. Standard Press

Making multilayer labels can be really difficult on a standard Flexo press, even for the experienced pressman. The operator needs to register the colors on two webs simultaneously. Then he needs to register the two webs together. This leads to a lot of setup waste as well as running waste even a very slow press speeds.
