Mulberry Tree Consulting Gets People Across Organizations Listening and Doing

Aug. 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Earlier this summer, Mulberry Tree Consulting, LLC highlighted its long-term strategic planning project with the UNC School of Government by facilitating a day-long, all-School retreat that brought together over 100 faculty and staff members at the UNC Botanical Gardens, Chapel Hill, NC, to explore next steps in School-wide communication and collaboration.

In addition, MTC is excited to add The Mariposa School to its list of clients.  Betsy Polk and Maggie Ellis Chotas were pleased to facilitate a recent strategic planning retreat for faculty, staff, and board members of the highly-acclaimed, Cary-based school for children with autism.

Mulberry Tree Consulting, LLC, which was featured in The New York Daily News in an article by Carolyn Kepcher (best known for her work on television’s The Apprentice), advises leaders to think proactively, act strategically and use resources wisely -- especially in the current economy.  The company, founded in 2003, is led by Chotas, a recent graduate of Leadership Durham, and Polk, who is MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Certified. Carlene Cearley, who has acted as the company’s Director of Marketing as well as Office Manager, is now taking on the new title of Project Manager.
