New Modeling Industry Website Launches "Facebook" for Models, Photographers, and More.

Photographer Geoff Sanders, who co-founded Modelrific™ along with entrepreneur Steve Ranieri noted, "Many websites have tried to be the answer that models, photographers, and other industry professionals around the world have looked for.  As a member of these sites I always found them to lack crucial features, aesthetics, and professionalism, and it has long been a goal of mine to create a community built on these foundations, and I'm proud to announce Modelrific.com will now fill the gap these other sites have left behind."

Currently in beta testing, Modelrific.com offers features like those found in Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter.  While modeling industry professionals can create a profile and upload images like in many of the current modeling community websites, the similarities end there.  

"We haven't changed the concept of a modeling industry website," explains Mr. Sanders, "we've just made it better, more robust, better looking, and classier."  

Members will find features like privacy controls, instant chatting, activity walls, multi-user messaging, @mentions, forums, personalized URLs, and more when creating a free profile on Modelrific.com.  New users will even be able to login with their Facebook username and password.

"One of my favorite features may be the ability for members to create public, private, or even hidden groups," added Mr. Sanders.  "Whether you want to create a group for your local photography club, a fan group for a model, or a hidden group for invite-only workshops - our Groups feature empowers our members in a way no other modeling website on the web currently can."  Members can join public groups or group admins can invite other members to join their private or hidden group, giving the member access to the group's forums, activity wall, and private chat room.
