The Pranamat Eco is a superbly designed acupressure mat.  The inner mattress is 100% coir (coconut fiber), encased in a pure cotton inner liner.  The outer cover is 100% flax in a fine weave.  The Advaita logo is embroidered on the reverse side of the mat with high quality German thread.   The 221 hard lotus flowers are applied to the cover with a combination of heat and thread—so unlike imitation mats, the Pranamat is washable and highly durable.  It’s designed for regular use by practicing yoga enthusiasts who have tested it in a wide range of indoor and outdoor environments.

The natural coconut fiber mattress provides superior air circulation and support.  The linen cover is 3.5 times more durable to wash than cotton, dries quickly, and will not yellow or crack.  The lotus flowers are made of HIPS plastic, one of the most ecological production methods, and one of the few plastics suitable for recycling.
