Owner, Jay Kreps started his business after a 25 year career in Law Enforcement.  After starting a maintenance contracting business,  Jay was still looking for another avenue to earn money in his "post retirement" and decided on the fingerprinting business.

ACS has a centrally located office in Irving, TX and takes appointments in the office from 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday and 9AM - 12PM Saturdays.  Appointments in the office are necessary as they do a big mobile business and are quite frequently out of the office.  An appointment insures that someone will be there to meet you when you arrive.
