Producer Experiment Helps Indy Artists & Authors to Preview their Work with Animated 3D Videos

Aug. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Book video previews and 3D Art Galleries produced and uploaded to YouTube, Face Book and other Social Networks is old world meet high tech presentations for Authors and Artists. Show Biz East Productions Producer Nikki Oldaker has been experimenting with a 3D digital program using still photographs of paintings and Authors book covers to produce short digital animation videos for their work.
Lights, camera, action! The digital animations start with a close up shot of the first painting or book cover, the music starts and within seconds the viewer is whisked through a room so quickly they find themselves watching the videos a second and third time.  
The 3D virtual animated “Art Gallery” stage set is cleverly decorated with planters, benches and stairs to climb to get to the next exhibit.  A second stage set called the, “Living room” is perfect for Author’s because the viewer feels like they are snooping around an Author’s cozy living room observing the writer’s published works. Book covers still photographs are set into framed wall pictures, a laptop computer screen set on a coffee table, a magazine laid neatly on an end table and picture frames standing alone on bookshelves. There are a few unpacked boxes on sitting on the floor to give the room the sense that the Artist just moved in.      
Since creating and uploading the 3D short animation shorts with still photography to YouTube and other social networks requests have been coming in to create more. In addition, she will be reaching out to include musicians with the video productions with songs they have already published. YouTube has recently added a catalog of licensed music to their “Cloud” online editor, but the tools are too basic and have no fade tool to phase the songs in and out of a video and it creates harsh endings. The 3D graphic animated video previews run under three minutes in length.
