Aug. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- Do you have trouble getting anything to grow in the winter? Most of us will probably answer yes to that question. The Blue Joint Grass may be the right answer for you.
This perennial, clump-forming grass grows to a height of 3-5 ft. Many slender stems arise from small rhizomes; each topped by a large, slightly nodding, branched inflorescence. The inflorescence is purplish when in flower, becoming tan later in the season. Blue-joint grass stands up well in winter.
The Blue Joint Grass is a great perennial that can be used in almost any landscaped environment to either give color or just add some curb appeal to your home or garden. Blue Joint Grass may throw many off just by hearing the name but this can be a great plant to add to your existing landscape or start new, it can be used as a centerpiece or for a splash of color to add some zing!
Most garden centers of nurseries do not carry this line of plant, but at TN Nursery they carry any amount you would like to get and at great affordable prices. You can check them out at www.tnnursery.net.
