Sale Of Institute Of Natural Excellence (i-NE)

Aug. 9, 2010 - PRLog -- The Institute of Natural Excellence (i~NE) was formed by Terry Wilcox and Robert van Geijn primarily to distribute the Natural Excellence course worldwide, plus provide a mechanism for certification of students who have completed a course. The Institute also works with authors to develop new programmes based on the Natural Excellence fundamentals combined with their specialist domain knowledge. The Natural Excellence courses are delivered through workshops combined with consultancy and have been adopted by multinationals as their default course on the particular topic.

There is now an opportunity to acquire shares in the Institute. One of the founders, Terry Wilcox, is focusing his efforts on an alternative venture and is therefore making his full shareholding available. Other shareholders are also willing to offer shares to any future investor subject to the offer. Consequently there is the possibility of owning a minimum of 50% or more of i~NE for any investor.
