The Governor of Canada, Michaëlle Jean Visits Vila Verde Resort, in the Cape Verde Islands

Aug. 5, 2010 - PRLog -- As part of the activities we are planning as the resort now finalises, Tecnicil Imobiliaria was honoured to have the Canadian Head of State, The Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, agree to visit our resort as part of her itinerary in her official visit to the Republic of Cape Verde.

Dr. Alfredo Carvalho, CEO and President of Tecnicil Group, along with the President of Cape Verde, Dr. Pedro Pires, welcomed the Governor to the resort where she was shown around.

She saw different examples of property on the development and observed at the quality of finish and design.  

Also present were other members of the Tecnicil team, especially the Tecnicil Hotels and Resorts managers, Dr. Vitor Almeida, General Manager of the resort and Dr. Jose Luis Mascarenhas, CEO of Tecnicil Hotels and Resorts.

This is great news for Cape Verde in general and the tourist development, Vila Verde Resort, in particular. It was a great honour for Tecnicil to recieve this visit and we would like to thank Her Excellency and the people of Canada.
