We pre-underwrite the projects, clean up the packages and prepare the packages for submission to our private lender. He has a streamline system and as long as everyone works around his system and does not attempt to reinvent the process his packages move quickly and smoothly. Our contracts are 60 to 120 days from the submission to funding.


Our beginning requirements are as follows:

1. Our Clients must have a minimum of 1billion in ground assets.

2. We require that we work directly with the Principal of the mine.

3. We require all available documentation that includes: valuation report, geology report, and current proven assay reports (no older then 2yrs). We will need your business plan, pro forma, proof of claim ownership, mining permit, bond certification, owner information, and BLM claims/deeds.

*VERY IMPORTANT - NO MONEY IS REQUIRED TO SECURE FUNDING! NONE...

The funded loan amount is 68 MILLION after fees. The loan is paid off in five years by our private lender and his investment platform.
* Very important, no repayment of funding from you is required.
 (This funding type is known as non-recourse).
