Grafica NANO PRINT, the mini screen printing machine was formally launched in the presence of around 40 printers from all over India recently at the company’s premises. Grafica Managing Director Bhargav Mistry showed a demo of the machine besides making a brief presentation on its features, benefits and also the technical built up of the machine.

Explaining the rationale behind introducing such a small, low cost yet a high quality screen printing machine, Bhargav said: This is a dream machine meant for every manual screen printer who could not buy a machine so far because of high cost of screen printing machines. The overwhelming and joyful response expressed by the participants at DMI workshop is the testimony to the fact that small printers were looking or waiting for such a compact machine to come in the market. To our surprise we received highly positive and welcome response from the printers”.

He adds further: “With our vast experience of more than 2 decades in the field of manufacturing high quality screen printing, UV curing machines and allied products; and 3 years exposure in providing advance training and education through DMI to hundreds of printing professionals, students, beginners, we discovered the basic needs of the screen printing industry (an affordable machine) and fear prevailing in the minds of common screen printers (quality and reliability of the machine). This led us to creating a NANO-PRINT, a machine developed by our expert team from those research, ideas and needs of every screen printers”.

Highlighting important features of the NANO PRINT, Bhargav says that it is a perfect semi-automatic screen printing machine for every common screen printer across the globe with print area 15” x 20”. It’s easy to start and operate, just like switching on a light or a fan” says Grafica MD. The machine is low cost/high quality, fully featured, sturdy, faster ROI. It does not require any hassle of running a separate compressors and three phase power. It’s a workhorse designed to run 24 hrs/365 days. The machine is designed with all advance mechanism and spares to minimize noise so it can even run in any commercial or residential area to avoid noise pollution. Explaining other beneficial features he says that the non-stop speed of NANO-PRINT is 1000/impression per hour which also replaces one person if compared with conventional manual table. It consume very less power with running cost Rs. 5.00/per hour in Mumbai (considering Rs. 7.00 per unit) which might even work less in other cities. So overall it works to Rs. 40/per 8 hours shift which is quite economical then hiring even an ordinary helper. NANO-PRINT is the most perfect engineered machine built to last longer requires fever maintenance and blocks only 12 sq. ft space.

Talking about the application of this machine, he says: The machine can be used for printing commercial printing, flex, sun pack/sun board, acrylic, (only limited size), Textile (transfer labels, heat transfer on T shirts, Industrial application (speciality labels, industrial labels, stickers, etc), arts printing, Toys, Gift and novelties, daily consumables. Printers can also use this machine for print finishing such as special effects with varnishes, metallic, pearl, glitter, etc.

Unfortunately, they have shabby image too. Our ultimate objective is to remove this shabby image of the screen printers,” he concludes.
