The latest restaurant sold is located in the Colony Square building at 1197 Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta.  This coffee shop and eatery is a favorite of the building where they serve up specialty coffees, blended teas and other custom drinks.  In addition they offer soft drinks, fresh-baked pastie, muffins and fruit along with an incredible selection of smoothies to help office workers survive the mid-afternoon slump in energy.
