Jim Goode had the idea for Goode Company Hamburgers and Taqueria as a tribute to his mother who was an immigrant from Mexico. According to the Goode family, she was a figure larger than life in the minds of her children and grandchildren.  She was known for being a quiet woman, with a passion for cooking that allowed her to turn simple ingredients into the foods and flavors that now grace the tables of Goode Company Taqueria.
