The Titleist AP2 Irons's high-tech, multi-material construction features a steel body, tungsten nickel sole, elastomer bar and aluminum cavity plate. The lower cavity of the Titleist AP2 Irons is enclosed by a tungsten nickel box. This high-density material locates the weight low and deep while providing structural rigidity and low frequency vibration dampening for outstanding solid feel. The tungsten nickel box helps reduce the sole and back flange width for better turf performance and shot control.The feel, the way that they are so easy to hit low draws and high fades with, how far they go, and the great spin control makes these clubs the best i have ever played. The only thin I have to say negative, is that they go a little bit to high. But anyway... Great golf clubs!



Titleist AP2 Irons provide a comfortable and confidence-inspiring appearance in the set up position with a traditional blade profile and hosel junction. The metallic back cavity plate contributes to the Titleist AP2 Irons's great looks and bag appeal. Long irons fly a little higher than expected, and each club is about 5 yards longer than previous set. Very easy to work the ball left or right. A little heavier than previous sets I have played, but not grossly so. Not sure how much of the heavy feel is the heavier shafts-either way, these feel very stable, and handle balls from the fairway or light rough very nicely.
