Designers will be expected to translate client demands into front-end website designs that are visually beautiful and designed with navigation and usability in mind.  Developers will need the technical programming expertise to turn client demands into reality on the back-end of the site.  

Required skills include Photoshop and other design platforms, HTML/CSS coding, Flash/Javascript animation, development for mobile apps, programming in web languages like Java and PHP, and experience publishing content onto content management systems like Drupal, WordPress, SilverStripe and more.
