Announcing Yen Path and the free 52 week challenge

June 17, 2010 - PRLog -- Yen is a longing, yearning or desire and also happens to be Jenny’s high school nick name.  Jenny will share an idea each week that participants can use to move them one step closer to their goal.  While each of us must follow our own path having like-minded individuals working together towards success makes a profound difference.  The journey is meant to be fun and uplifting.  You are invited to share this information with people you think may be interested and please join yourself.  

With 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry and owner of Gallagher Solutions, Inc. for the past seven years Jenny has dedicated her life to helping others to be well.  Her vision is success and wellbeing for all who desire it and her mission is to foster and encourage positive thought and action. Jenny offers individual and group coaching, which is typically done over the phone so location is never an issue.  She is also a yoga teacher with an E-RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance and teaches several classes locally and offer workshops nationally.  Jenny’s first book, Four Steps to a Better Life (2007) is available for $9.95.
