BigMachines Named Finalist for ITA CityLIGHTS Award

June 11, 2010 - PRLog -- Chicago, IL and Frankfurt, Germany - April 2, 2009 - BigMachines, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand configuration and proposal software, announced today that it has been named a finalist for an Illinois Technology Association CityLIGHTS award, in the Lighthouse Award category.

The Lighthouse Award is presented to the company which, through sustained growth, national reputation and recognized excellence in product and services, best represents the region's growing stature as home to quality information technology companies. The award winner must have at least $10 million in annual revenue, be financially strong, exhibit a commitment to customer service, and have established a unique place in its market.

ITA CityLIGHTS finalists are selected by a group of judges who represent various sectors of Illinois' business community. For the first time ever, members of Illinois' technology community are invited to cast their vote to help determine the winners. Voting is available at the event Web site at www.itacitylights.com through April 8, 2009, and is limited to ITA association members and gala attendees.

ITA will present the awards to the winners at ITA�s 10th annual CityLIGHTS Gala on April 23 at Union Station in Chicago.
