Due to the global financial crisis, which hit the vast majority of big and small companies alike over the period 2008/2009, Netpointers Technologies Denmark was put under such financial strain by its Danish bank at the time (Nordea) resulting in a necessary restructure of the company.

Important to point out, however that this collapse was completely unrelated to Netpointers Europe, Netpointers North America and Netpointers Asia Pacific operations, activities and business ventures.

Netpointers is known as the “World’s Search Innovators”, and the company is proud to be part of a truly global business network.

False Allegations Based on Substanceless Claims

While Mr. Madsen, one of the original founders of Netpointers Denmark, clearly breached the Law in the connection with the Netpointers Technologies A/S (Denmark) collapse in early 2009, Mr. Madsen personally was rightly so punished with a half a million dollar lawsuit issued by the Curator for giving false testimony in a Danish Court of Law. This was the beginning of Mr. Madsen's personal demise culminating in the declaration of personal state of bankruptcy. Consequently, Netpointers would like to suggest to the readers of this media release that Mr. Madsen’s credibility is highly questionable, across the board.

Nonetheless, there is little Netpointers can do in preventing Mr. Madsen’s personal vendetta and crusade; one can pretty much write whatever one likes on the internet in this day and age; remember: don’t believe everything you read online!

Netpointers Company-Wide Restructure

The company name change from Netpointers Technologies A/S to AFV af 21.04.2009 A/S was and integral part of the process enforced by the bank.

A new company by the name of Netpointers A/S was registered with the Danish companies office to start afresh, and its Chief Executive was appointed. Netpointers likes to point out that Netpointers C.E.O. Michael Dall-Hjorring is not gay (as referred to by Mr. Madsen), but Michael is happily married to his lovely wife Angela and has been for well over a decade now; Michael is also the most loving Father to their three-year-old child.

Ownership, shares and the like have to remain confidential, as Netpointers is a private company. What Netpointers can stress though, is that Mr. Madsen is incorrect in what he writes in this relation.

In response to the transfer of assets and alleged transactions, again Mr. Madsen is incorrect in what he writes.

The long and the short of it all, is the fact that the entity Netpointers Technologies A/S was forced into bankruptcy by their Danish bank at the time.

On occasion, Mr. Christian Andersen continues to act as a Senior Advisor to Netpointers A/S. This is only natural in his capacity as a notable industry leader for more than a decade. Netpointers A/S frequently make use of Senior Advisors in many areas of our business. People with diverse backgrounds add value to the international innovation process right across the board every single day.

A recent independent survey among staff and customer base, showed that Netpointers A/S is a fantastic employer, a great place to work and an outstanding company to do business with; the vast majority voiced their complete satisfaction with Netpointers A/S following the necessary Netpointers-wide restructure; this is a superb result for the company, as it is near impossible and completely unrealistic to believe that one can please everybody at all times…

Due Diligence

As Netpointers has done in the past, we welcome, and in fact encourage, any interested party to carry out their in-depth due diligence. This may involve either the performance of an investigation of the Netpointers A/S business or a Netpointers-related person prior to the signing of a contract. It may even apply as a formal process, through which a potential acquirer evaluates Netpointers A/S as a target company or one or more of Netpointers’ unique and valuable assets for acquisition.

Finally, Netpointers is fully agreed with Mr. Madsen in that any individual or company considering acquiring part of or all of Netpointers’ assets would always be advised to look into the company’s affairs on par with (at least), or prior to making any other informed business decision; that’d be the only prudent thing to do.
