Arizona Vacation Bible School (VBS), TLC

May 31, 2010 - PRLog -- The Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church is hosting its fourth annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) on June 7th – June 11th for ages 4 – 12 in Apache Junction, Arizona – everyone is welcome!
Our VBS is packed with fun, food, bible dramas and games to enable an enjoyable place for children to learn about Jesus. This year our Arizona vacation bible school (http://www.tlcupc.com/ministries/childrens-ministry/vacation-bible-school/) in Apache Junction is featuring a western style with the theme, “WANTED, BY GOD”.
Our Children are very important in 2010 and The Lighthouse Church of Apache Junction, http://www.tlcupc.com/, is looking to empower our children and young adults alike to learn about Jesus and become the soul winners God has called each of us to be. Satan would love to take our children away from us but we must help build their life on a solid foundation – what better foundation than Jesus Christ?
Over the past 4 years we here at TLC have learned a lot about vacation bible school and how certain things are more effective than others, which is why we include live bible dramas for the children to enjoy. At times, we bring in professional puppeteers to reinforce our lesson set which allows children a fun and enjoyable way of learning about Jesus. But not only do we include live dramas that make our children laugh but we embed stories that to this day children have not forgotten – hiding the Word of God in their heart.
So, we invite you to not just join us but to become a part of this wonderful, and enjoyable endeavor as we take our children through a western journey teaching them the things of Jesus Christ. Bring your family, friends, children and spouses as each of our children need our combined help to teach them the things of Jesus Christ.
