Sitbetter.com Gives Back to San Diego Community

Educational facilities have especially been faced with a major economic crisis especially with the recent budget cuts many schools are facing."  

Sitbetter has recently donated Kore ergonomic rocking stools to two educational institutions in the greater San Diego area. The first rocking stool was donated to Heritage K-8 Charter School in Escondido and has given third grade teacher Rosanne something to sit on while reading stories to her studetns. San Diego State University received the second of the rocking stools which was given away in a fundraiser for the school's entrepreneur day.

Marketing Manager Chelsea Alves says, "Sometimes we receive returns from customers because they found something else they liked better or the product simply was not what they expected. Rather than reselling some of these virtually new chairs we thought it would be better to give back to our San Diego community, especially during these tough times. It is also nice knowing we made a difference in someone's life."

Sitbetter.com intends to keep giving back to the San Diego community in the future and currently has other chairs in mind that they are planning on giving away to other fine educational institutions.
