The Phoenix soft opening and launching

May 21, 2010 - PRLog -- From the ashes of itself, the Phoenix, a mythical bird that is a fire spirit with a colorful plumage and a tail of gold and scarlet is reborn anew to live again. It is said that the bird's cry is that of a beautiful song.

The story of the The Phoenix is symbolic to the renewal of the property at Jalan Wijaya I No 25, Kebayoran Baru into Jakarta’s newest function space set in the heart of South Jakarta. It is designed to serve a modern generation for private parties, intimate wedding celebrations, corporate and family events.

The entrance to The Phoenix is from Jalan Wijaya I which leads down to a private garden to the second level and offers first time visitors a surprising view of an expansive landscaped garden. The garden can host cocktail parties for up to 200 people. The Main Dining & Bar area, with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the garden can comfortably accommodate up to 70 seated guests and up to 150 guests for a standing cocktail reception. All in all, the entire venue can host parties for up to 250 to 300 guests.

All additional facilities from catering, florists, bridal changing rooms, wi-fi, valet parking as well as food and beverage packages are available to suit all occasions and budgets.

The Phoenix is open to the public four days a week as a Chill out Lounge from 5 pm until late every Wednesday to Saturday. This is a place where one can listen to your own playlist with our ipod docking, internet browsing from the complimentary wi-fi, order your favorite cocktails, and socialize with your friends in the tranquil environment of our garden, without the interruptions of loud background music.

Our experienced event planners will be on hand to help you map out your next event at The Phoenix, whether you are celebrating a wedding, birthday or a family gathering or to meet the needs of a corporation from seminars and product launches to photo-shoots, fashion shows and other large annual events. Our trained banquet operation team will go above and beyond to attend to every aspect of your event, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.

Our services include meeting and event packages as well as special wedding day packages for the discerning bride. Of course, we also offer comprehensive food and beverage catering packages ranging from buffet, a la carte to food stalls, we are also able to tailor-make a package for you upon request.
