You can offer cash, you can make them buy T-shirts, you can ask tem to join you in lunch, and you may give them some coupons (shopping, and eating) if you have. However, it is the CASH which is widely accepted. They do not hesitate to accept tip in this form. It is not necessary to offer them heavy amount. You may offer them money for afternoon lunch-out.
