CVS/pharmacy to expand at Regency Centers’ Panther Creek Village Square

May 19, 2010 - PRLog -- The Woodlands, Texas – Regency Centers (www.regencycenters.com), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has announced the expansion of CVS/pharmacy from 8,640 square feet to 11,086 square feet at Panther Creek Village Square shopping center. The expansion will be completed in July. To accommodate the larger CVS store, Mathnasium of The Woodlands, a children's learning center specializing in math tutoring, will relocate to a 2,400 square foot space and the Village Cleaners will move to a 1,173 square foot space within the center. Panther Creek Village Square is located at 4775 W. Panther Creek Drive on the northeast corner of Woodlands Parkway and Gosling Road in The Woodlands, TX.  

According to Regency Centers leasing agent Ben Brown, the center is now 98 percent leased.

The 166,280 square foot shopping center is anchored by Randalls, along with Subway, Starbucks, Sears Hardware and a wide variety of retail, restaurants and service businesses.
