Follow on Google News | Baillie Gifford Expands at Calton Square, EdinburghOn behalf of Baillie Gifford, Ryden has successfully negotiated the acquisition of a lease from the global bank Citigroup at Calton Square in Edinburgh.
By: Ryden The deal sees the independent investment management firm occupy a further 12,058 sq ft at their head office at Calton Square, taking their total accommodation to 110,000 sq ft. Baillie Gifford will take over occupation of the space towards the end of 2010. The remaining accommodation in the building is occupied by Rockstar North, designers and producers of computer games, including worldwide bestseller Grand Theft Auto.
