PRLog -- I’ve been watching ads for import cars figuring prices drop and factory rebates and financing go up beginning in May. Honda is not discounting very much and all their rates appear to be short term. Nissan prices seem a bit high and when you drive a new Nissan it feels a little small. VW is nice but again not much in the way of discount. Hyundai has a good warranty and is making a spacious car but when you add it all up, for me, it adds up to a Toyota from Peoria Toyota at the corner of Allen Rd. and Willow Knolls in Peoria, IL. I’ve seen their commercials. Their General Manager may be the most believable car guy ever on TV. Peoria Toyota is offering thousands in savings on a 2011 Camry that no one else is offering. They’re advertising $10,000 in total savings on new Tundra. No one else is even close. Plus they have 0% long term financing.
