Developed as a public service by Hannah Fliegel, FICO Pro, this upcoming workshop is “one-stop shopping” to provide options available to homeowners who are facing foreclosure. Central to the workshop are strategies for every homeowner that shatters the arguments made by banks, brokers and agents that homeowners facing foreclosure are just out of luck and out of options. “The next wave of Marin foreclosures are expected to hit in the higher price ranges,” says Fliegel. “Homeowners need to understand all their options first, and then work with a qualified professional who can help them with that option,” adds Fliegel.
