May 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Chef/Owner Timothy Murphy has cooked for top celebrities such as:Elton  John, Prince, Merv Griffin, Cher and Bono at The Stock Exchange in L.A.. Chef Murphy opened Two Company Street Restaurant in St. Croix  an international favorite but after Hurricane Hugo  devastated the island in 1989  Chef Murphy moved to the east coast and was the  Chef who opened 75 South in Freehold N.J..

In 2003 Chef Murphy took over Spargo's Grill and transformed it into the highly successful restaurant it is today, with it's new american cuisine, with hints of  California and the island inspiration we are truly  the areas favorite. Spargo's moderate prices and being a B.Y.O.B. restaurant, affords great value.

In 2004 Chef Murphy started Tim Murphy  Premiere Catering  out of Spargo's Grill, which specializes in up scale off-premise events like : Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs,Anniversaries etc.
