Local Authority Billing Adds Up For Cfh

April 30, 2010 - PRLog -- The annual local authority mailings which see council tax statements being sent to every household in the country have been completed for another year, with CFH Total Document Management once again increasing its share of the market.

The Somerset based print and mail company has recorded a production volume of over three million local authority documents in the month of March.  CFH has continued to secure a number of new local authority contracts for the 2010 main billing period, including Reigate and Banstead Council, and Tandridge Council.

During the main billing period, which sees council tax bills sent to every household in the UK, as well as NNDR bills (National Non-Domestic Rates) to businesses, and exemption notices,  some councils also ask for other year end documents to be sent out at this time, such as rent statements, rent cards/books, rent increase letters and housing and council tax benefit letters.

Across all of these areas, CFH works closely with councils to provide a complete service, from production of personalised documentation, electronic archiving, printing and mailing. Importantly, CFH aims to achieve cost efficiencies for its customers, through mail management and maximising postal discounts.
