By: Jason Gibson According to Jason Gibson, Regency Centers’ senior leasing agent, Ulta is the largest beauty retailer with one-stop shopping for prestige, mass and salon products in the United States. The store will feature over 21,000 products in cosmetics, fragrance, hair care, skincare, bath and body products and salon styling tools. The store is slated to open in June. The tenant was represented by Anchor Associates. “We are pleased to announce our newest retailer at Sycamore Plaza which marks a leasing milestone for the company in Cincinnati,” Regency Centers acquired Sycamore Plaza and Sycamore Crossing in May 2008. This 390,957 square foot center includes Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Toys “R” Us, Macy’s Furniture Gallery, Old Navy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Staples and The Fresh Market along with a variety of restaurants, retailers and service businesses. Regency currently owns nine shopping centers totaling over 1.6 million square feet of retail space in the Cincinnati area. Regency is the leading national owner, operator, and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers.
