Whether it is business enterprise or a huge organization, the only need is a motivated employee to ensure 100% success in terms of monetary benefits, high growth, and better credibility in the market.

There are various ways and tips to help you motivate your employees and improve your worth in the business world. Here are some of the valuable tips to motivating employees:

•   Firstly, you should know well about your employees. Discover all their strength and weakness and then try to mold them accordingly.
•   Make them feel that they are important and are making valuable contributions in the company. Don’t just flatter rather be honest to them about their goods and bads.
•   Give them the kind of work they enjoy doing and offer them a chance to be their own boss.
•   Make them feel the sense of belongingness to the company. This will push them to a higher scale and bring more motivation into your employees.
•   Use monetary rewards like cash price, compensation, and gift vouchers but remember it should be done fairly and effectively. It definitely helps in boosting employee’s confidence but does not equal their level of satisfaction and happiness. This can be done when an employees achieves something great or accomplishes a tough and challenging task.
•   Share with them stories and truth of various motivated athletes, artists, musicians, directors, inventors, scientists, and mathematicians. This will make them realize what wonders motivation does. It will also create a complete vision of motivation for your employees to pursue.
•   Help them adopt a habit to build their own scoreboard to track their performance. This will help them notice their own growth and development that further pushes them to work harder and more effectively.
•   Try and learn the threats and fear your employees face in their day to day life at work. Be friendly and humble so that they are free to approach you anytime they feel like to share their fears and worries. Then search for opportunities and ways to eliminate and cease their fears.
•   Exchange your ideas and views with them with regards to work and employee performance. Permit them to speak out their own beliefs and what they think could be done for work improvement or betterment of the company.
•   On a monthly or quarterly basis conduct training sessions to improve their work knowledge which will further help to enhance their work performance.
