Ecological Easement announced For Nature Walk, Costa Rica's most sustainable Eco-Development

April 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Nature Walk an ecological subdivision in Costa Rica consisting fully serviced lots close to Jaco and overlooking the Pacific Ocean announces that each lot will come with an in situ ecological easement requiring that after the teak has been harvested on each lot, that each lot be replanted with a minimum of 50% of the surface area covered by local trees.

Investors can benefit from the harvest of their teak on maturity. The teak harvested on site will be dried on site using solar powered kilns, milled on site with local labor and then used in the construction of the cutting edge teak and metal integrated homes on site. Whilst this represents an eco-friendly sustainable look, this loop is now completed with the requirement that each lot when developed be replanted with trees covering 50% of the surface area”.
