More Than 1,000 Attend Model Grand Opening for Eco-Savvy Carlsbad New Homes at Rockrose

March 31, 2010 - PRLog -- More than 1,000 visitors toured three eco-savvy Carlsbad new homes March 27-28 during the model home grand opening weekend for Rockrose at The Foothills, according to builder Brookfield Homes. The new home builder is the only builder in San Diego to offer production homes that exceed California’s energy efficiency standards by at least 35 percent.

“The Rockrose model grand opening was a very exciting step in the process of offering production homes at this level of efficiency,” said Lora Heramb, vice president of sales and marketing for Brookfield Homes. “It was gratifying to see consumers’ reactions to the many eco-savvy features.
