Stone Pedestal Sink Working

We usually don't have problem in connecting plumbing fitting to the drain for pedestal sink, but maybe for barrel design. I have discussed with my colleagues how to fix the plumbing for Barrel sink, because it seems to be difficult to lift it up by man. I thought maybe we could put it down on side for fixing the plumbing and stand it up after finish it. However, it would be simpler to make a hole or a slot into the back.

We haven't thought about it before but maybe we could cut a hole for this design too, which would bring convenience to the end users.
