KDIS Launches New Online Application System with 3-year Cost Saving of $106,793

March 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Kevin Davis Insurance Services (KDIS) today launched their new version of the online application process for their specialty programs for Directors and Officers, Fidelity, EPLI and Umbrella programs targeted at the condo and homeowner insurance market. This new online application, designed by Lucitech, Inc. and developed by San Diego Data Pro Inc. allows retail agents to login to one website and enter application data for all lines of the business with real-time web service data integration of over 400 application data fields into two end databases simultaneously through the Vertafore AIM agency management system.

The online application that retail agents view and use provides a seamless and dynamic user experience by loading the full application, and only displaying the questions that are relevant to each individual insured based upon previous entry.  Other efficiency features and functionalities include: ability to apply for any combination of all four coverage types, additional recreational amenities inquiry options, capability to upload additional files available for the risk at the time of application viewable through the Vertafore AIM agency management system, and data collection and Portable Document Format (.PDF) file automation to both the agent and KDIS underwriter.  The application saves thousands of keystrokes for KDIS underwriters and staff.  With this new workflow efficiency deployed, initial KDIS projections estimate a three-year cost savings of 7,120 hours and cost savings of $106,793.
