MV Subramanian joins Trianz as Head of Global Human Resources

March 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Trianz Inc. today announced the appointment of MV Subramanian as Vice President and Head of Global HR. Among his responsibilities, MV Subramanian will lead all of Trianz’s human resources activities including Trianz's global recruiting capabilities, performance management, compensation, training, cultural and team alignment processes.

MV Subramanian is an alumnus of XLRI, one of the top-ranked institutes for human capital management in India. He has over 25 years of experience in human resources in various industry sectors. He has worked with several organizations of international repute such as HMT, Union Carbide, Wipro and Hewlett Packard.

For the last fifteen years MV Subramanian has been working exclusively in the Consulting and IT services industry. Before joining to Trianz, he was working in HP as Country Director for Talent Management which involves all sourcing, hiring, internal placements etc. He has also played major national and international roles in HP. Prior to HP, he was looking after Global Resourcing Function at Wipro.
