Daily practice you do not need to have a set schedule.  This doesn't mean you need to take one or two hours out of every day solely to meditate.  Try and fit it in your timetable.  Easy breathing exercises before bed and when you wake up in the morning are an excellent start.  Generally, being consistently conscious of your body will help you stay in a good state throughout the day.
