Echelon Property Group Launches in Denver

March 9, 2010 - PRLog -- Greenwood Village, Colo. (March 9, 2010) – Bryan Stern and Drake Powell, formerly of Baron Property Services, today announced the formation of Echelon Property Group, LLC, a full-service multifamily management firm based in Denver.

The company launches with 20 properties and more than 3,500 units in Colorado’s Front Range. Echelon focuses exclusively on third-party multifamily property management for owners in Colorado.

The Echelon executive team, including principals Powell and Stern, and vice president of operations Meredith Wright and regional property manager Joe Saunders, have worked together for nearly ten years, successfully guiding owners and managers through acquisitions, extensive renovations, tax credit development, management, condominium conversions, receivership and asset management.

“We believe being here in Denver and understanding the Colorado market is a valuable differentiator to local individual owners, ownership groups and lenders with underperforming multifamily communities,” said Stern. “We’ve come from a business model that both owned and managed multi-market properties.
