Elumin Healthcare Solutions Experiences Phenomenal Growth in 2009 Fueling Demand to Expand

In a presentation during its 2010 Kick-off meeting with fellow employees, Mark Williams CEO of Elumin Healthcare Solutions presented this insight related to the expansion plans.  This is an unprecedented time in Healthcare IT for us as a nation, for the provider community and us as a company.  The nearest event in recent times that comes close to this was the Y2K change over.  Elumin Healthcare Solutions operates using a managed growth model with a focus on providing quality coupled with a very personable approach to working with our valued customers, prospects, and business partners.  

We want to know our customers inside and out so we can assist them as they move forward implementing technology to support their business and clinical strategies to support the delivery of care to their communities.  To do that and provide the high level of quality our customers, our prospects, and us as an organization have come to expect of ourselves, we are expanding significantly to provide a more localized interaction with our customers and prospects.  This expansion will allow us to have a more localized personable and direct relationship with our customers and prospects.  We will be adding multiple Regional Vice Presidents who will be responsible for specific geographies.  These senior executives will not only work in their respective regions but they will live in them too.  They will have a keen understanding of the local factors that affect healthcare IT and the provider community in their region.  This is about connecting people with people and is a significant investment by Elumin Healthcare Solutions.

In addition to support its community provider strategy, Elumin will be adding multiple local Sales Executives in select markets across the US who will be responsible for all new business activity related to the sales of the Allscripts MyWay Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to the single provider to medium size practice community along with working with the respective Regional Vice Presidents on building and delivering community strategies with select healthcare organizations.
