Ghost Author Sets Spring 2010 Appearance Schedule

Feb. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- As an author who frequently hits the media trail for book promoting, Eagan-Cox has the habit of putting book promoting to the side in favor of talking about subjects she is passionate about. Eagan-Cox explains: Yes, I do go all out to promote my books, but in the guest appearances I do, I like to have topics that are of interest to everyone, not just my readership. And since I am a paranormal author who incorporates ghosts as real characters in my stories, well… talking about how a ghost might be your ancestor and giving tips on how to discern if this is true, is a natural offshoot to me being an author of a paranormal mystery series of novels.

Eagan-Cox’s appearances in radio are especially popular with the paranormal community because she gives out free, easy to use resources for digging up the past. “Be it a paranormal investigator or an individual who is looking for a way to begin to do research on an ancestor, the sources I give out are valuable in locating death records, property records, discerning religious and social affiliations of the deceased and many other aspects that flesh out the bones of a ghost, or ancestor. As a person who has dealt with my own ghosts, I feel it an excellent idea to be able to know something abut them, especially if the haunting is from an ancestor. Second only to writing; genealogy is my passion and as member of the Irish Clann Egan and the D.A.R. I have documented my ancestors back to the early 1600s. I was the first in my family to do, if I can do it, so can others.”

March 3rd Wednesday, 5:00 - 6:00 pm Pacific time. The Next Best Thing radio show with host Linda C. Thompson. Join Linda and Elizabeth in a chat about one of Elizabeth’s most requested topics: Are Your Ancestors Your Ghosts? March 10th Wednesday, 5:00 pm Pacific time: Ghost Chatter radio show with Host Jimmy Morris of the Texas Paranormal Research Society. March 17th Wednesday, 6:30 pm Pacific time. Saint Patrick’s Day! Spend St. Paddy’s Day evening with the crew of the Northern Kentucky Paranormal Society "NKYPS" on their radio show: Paranormal Outreach as the welcome Elizabeth for an encore guest appearance! Mike, Matt and Christel of NKYPS will chat with Elziabeth about how to Identify Your Ghosts. This will be a lively discussion in which Elizabeth will give out excellent resources that are free and Online.

March 19th, Friday: 9:00 pm, Pacific time. Join Allen Wolfshadow and Scott Wise of Ghost Hunters Inc "G.H.I." to welcome Elizabeth as a first time guest to their radio show. Debut topic is Blood Memory, Are Your Ancestors Your Ghosts? This is a radio crew of paranormal investigators, who are among the most experienced in ghost hunting. What can they glean from an author who has dug up her own ghosts going back to Virginia of 1632? Join Elizabeth with Haunt Jaunt's owner/blogger Courtney Lynn Mroch in celebrating Haunt Jaunt's 1st Anniversary!
