This compact CATV analyzer is widely used for analog TV channel testing, digital channel power tests and analog TV image monitoring in QAM and QPSK modulation modes.
This handheld CATV analyzer, model 1287B, operates over a wide frequency range of 5MHz to 870MHz with a frequency step of 10kHz. It supports a measurement range of 30dBμV to 120dBμV with ±1.5dB precision for analog channels and 40dBμV to 110dBμV with ±2.5dB precision for digital channels. The CATV analyzer has a built-in speaker for audio output and provides 256kB of memory capacity for data storage and a RS232 interface for communication. Its rubber bumper and shock-resistant design provides robust protection in fieldwork. It features is light in weight, compact in size and has superior interference immunity. This streamlined CATV analyzer works continuously and efficiently for four hours on a single charge.
